     The "Circuit Yogalates" is carefully designed  by MDeHoyos, Certified Personal Trainer,  and Fitness Director, Nirvana Fitness Certified Instructor program combined the best movements with a series and progressive nice routine flow and correct breathing that gives the most effective results. She  attended Instructors Yoga and Pilates formal trainings year 2003. Her knowledge Learned   from Fitness-Yoga-Pilates here and abroad has contributed a lot to create her own.   She use the designed routines since 2016  as her personal program before   introducing it to her classes. This was when she  had this uncomfortable pain and injury.  and came up to choose the best  combination of moves   into a circuit routine  focusing on core lengthening the muscle and  stretching , uses more of proper breathing ,  balance thinking  to   release the pain and apply it herself. As a result in just 2 consecutive days doing this routines without knowing it  pain subside little by little until totally gone! The combined movements thought to be the best to get the result she wanted.  As a result it was amazing !.    So she developed these fitness routines  and use it to help clients from their individual health issues and call it the CIRCUIT YOGALATES  which was successfully part of her programs launched July 2016  with 100% proven  results. CIRCUIT YOGALATES can be integrated into alternative healing  to relieve pain and another way to help you feel relieve from uncomfortable pain as a great therapy,  since it develop, relaxes minds  and bodies heal, develop poor posture that cause more back pain, and at the same time  Helps you totally transform.

     To be a Certified Circuit Yogalates  Instructor  does not need you to be a medical expert.. Other related field with Physical Fitness/Fitness knowledge is an advantage but not required.  To be a Circuit Yogalates Instructor, You must attend and complete the  Intensive training , learn and understand critical thinking, anatomy and above all participants safety!  In order for you to teach.
