Basic Preparatory &  Certification Program

Pole Dance Instructor Apprenticeship Basic Preparatory  Program 

Basic 1  Prerequisite

Register wiith this the Program

 

Course content:

  • Understand the exercise benefits of pole dance fitness

  • Improve knowledge of background, history and reasons for pole fitness

  • Information about equipment

  • Anatomy & Physiology , Conditioning

  • Learn how to warm up for and cool down from pole fitness

  • How to use and master beginner pole fitness technique and points of contact

  • Creating class weekly lesson plan

  • Learn how to warm up for and cool down from pole fitness

  • Cueing instructions 

  • Understand  the  strength training  ,  art of alignment and opposition

  • Safety  injury prevention involved in the teaching of pole, Spotting

  • Understanding how and know affect the difficulty of pole moves

  • Understand how be able to practice group teaching techniques

  • Learn and master over 15 pole fitness spins, poses  and Individual moves into basic routines

  • Legalities and liabilities:  client releases form, incident reports, First aid training, insurance

  • Must complete the Basic Preparatory course 

Earn Certificate of Completion for Basic Preparatory Course  Pole Dance Apprenticeship Program

Required:  Learn Beginner skills Pole 101

register to check all  Beginner Pole moves  or  required.

  

Intermediate  Instructor Apprenticeship Program  Prerequisite:  Understand Pole 101 Program

Register to take the Program

Course content:

  • How to use and master Intermediate pole fitness technique and points of contact

  • Learn how to warm up for and cool down from pole fitness

  • Creating class weekly Intermediate pole lesson plan

  • Learn how to warm up for and cool down from pole fitness

  • Cueing instructions 

  • Understand  the  strength training  ,  art of alignment and opposition for Advance moves

  • Safety  injury prevention involved in the teaching of pole, Spotting

  • Understanding how and know affect the difficulty of pole moves

  • Understand how be able to practice group teaching techniques

  • Intermediate Pole Dance grips, seats, holds, climbs, rotations, and drops technique with specific teaching points

  • Legalities and liabilities:  client releases form, incident reports, First aid training, insurance

  • Earn Certificate of Completion for Intermediate level  Pole Dance Apprenticeship Program

Required:  Learn Intermediate Pole 202 

register to check all Intermediate  moves required or at least had taken  Pole Basic preparatory course.

Advance  Instructor  Apprenticeship Course Prerequisite: Pole 202

Course content:

  • Learn how to warm up for and cool down from pole fitness

Get Certified! and be recognized!

FOR CERTITICATION PROGRAMS
Pole Dance Instructor Certification Level 1
Pole Dance Instructor Certification Intermediate Level
Pole Dance Instructor Certification Advance Level

*Choose the Certification Course Program

*Register your course, review , take the exam

*Submit all requirements ie, Insurance or First-Aid Aed-BLS Current certificate

*Must have the Basic Preparatory Program ,

*Take theory

*must pass the practical examination with at least 80% score.

Earn a Certification and be recognized as Pole Dance Instructor Certified!

**First Aid Certification required for Certification
